Pickup
Standard pickup slots start at least 30 minutes ahead during service hours. Optional rush offers pickup within 10 minutes when available. Wait for Ready for pickup before travelling.
Support and cancellation
Request help or cancellation in the website chat. Cancellation requires team review; uploading alone does not confirm an order.
Service commitments
If rush is late, the paid rush charge and its tax are refunded, or a free rush voucher is restored. If printing cannot be fulfilled, the print order is fully refunded. Card payments return to the original payment method; printing credit returns to its original credit balance. A separately purchased credit pack remains in your account.
