Privacy + terms
Important before sending files.
01 File privacy
Files are stored privately for your print order. Unpaid uploads are deleted after 24 hours; paid files are deleted 7 days after pickup or a completed full refund. Files for orders still in progress are retained. Read the privacy page before uploading.
02 Print handling
Night Print does not edit, repair, proofread, or improve PDFs. Passworded, corrupted, or unreadable PDFs are not printed. All files print single-sided, A4, black-and-white; color becomes grayscale and low-quality PDFs print as-is.
03 Payment + pickup
Review your preview, pickup slot and total before checkout. Ask the team through website chat about cancellation or order problems. Wait for Ready for pickup before travelling. Checkout currently uses test payments only.
