Files and previews
Uploaded files are stored privately and prepared for your print order. Preview links expire. Review the prepared document before paying.
Account and orders
Your sign-in identity, verified email, document details, payment references and order status connect your files to your account.
Support
Use the website chat for order or privacy questions. Messages can be handled by the assistant or the Night Print team.
File retention
Unpaid uploads are deleted after 24 hours. Files for paid orders remain while the order is in progress, then are deleted 7 days after pickup or a completed full refund. Order and payment records are retained separately.
