A4 black-and-white PDF printing: a preflight checklist

Check the prepared preview

Confirm that A4, single-sided black-and-white output meets your needs. Check clipped text, orientation, symbols and page sequence. The prepared preview is the document sent to the printer.

Check information that depends on colour

Use labels or patterns to distinguish chart categories. Pale text and colour-only distinctions can be difficult to read in black and white.

Count every page

Blank and repeated pages are included in the page count. Ten pages cost $7.50 CAD and thirty pages cost $17.50 before tax or optional rush. Remove unwanted pages from the source and upload again before approval.

Use an unlocked readable file

Password-protected, corrupted or unreadable files cannot be printed. The service does not edit or proofread your documents.
